Help with fixtures and referrals....

Technically we at Lake Cabinet do not carry Kitchen & Bath fixtures (sinks, faucets, showers, tubs, toilets, lighting, appliances ect ...) with the exception of Corian Sinks, Swanstone, Revere, and Blanco Sinks.

We have commercial accounts at the "big" Plumbing wholesalers and electrical suppliers in the area including

Because many of our projects require new fixtures we provide a assistance program to our customers.  This is how it works....

  1. You browse at any of our suppliers showrooms
  2. You select the products you want and call us with the model number.
  3. We will quote you your cost which will be our cost plus 1/2 of our commercial discount
  4. If the product and price are agreeable with you we order the fixtures and add them to your bill.

  Example:   If the retail cost of the sink you selected is $300 and our cost is $200
  Your price would be $250
 

It's an advantage for you to use this service because we order, pick up, deliver and install (if in contract) the fixtures for you.  We handle any returns and manufactures warranty issues with the products.  And in most cases can save you some money.

if you chose to not use this service you are free to purchase and fixtures from the supplier of your choice.  We will still install them (if included in the job contract).   Please keep in mind that you handle any returns or problems with the products.  

Example:  Say we are installing a new countertop and sink for you and you had purchased a new sink through our service.  Before we install the sink we notice a small scratch.  We would then order a new sink and return the scratched sink.  If you had purchased the sink at say a home center we would contact you and you would then have to return the sink for a new one.

Kitchen Appliances works a bit different.   If your in the market for a new refrigerator, stove, oven, cook top, dishwasher, washer, dryer or trash compactor we suggest you buy directly from  B&B Appliances (ask for Ron Timko) tell them you are our customer and you can buy direct using our commercial discount.   Please make sure you take one of our business cards in to the showroom.  HHGregg will not let you have our discount without a card.
